  • Standard delivery times are 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels due to incorrect addresses, or natural disruptions.

6. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only (no refunds) within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags will not be accepted.

  • Exchange shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

  • Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • If a payment deduction occurs for a failed order, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
