At Dravox™, we aim to deliver every order swiftly, safely, and transparently. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment or COD confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

In rare cases (inventory delay or address verification), processing may take longer — we’ll notify you promptly via email.
2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, deliveries typically reach within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Remote or rural areas may take additional time.

You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available for all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small handling fee (₹49) visible at checkout.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
4. Payment Modes
We currently support both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options.

Prepaid payments are processed through secure and encrypted gateways (UPI, Cards, Wallets, Net Banking).

COD orders are verified via WhatsApp or call before dispatch to avoid fake orders or failed deliveries.

Unverified COD orders may be canceled automatically.
5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.

If undelivered after two attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

Re-delivery can be arranged upon request, but additional charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with:

Do not accept the delivery.

Take photos or video proof of the package.

Email us immediately at support@dravoxofficial.com with your order number and evidence.
Our team will investigate and issue a replacement or resolution within 5–7 business days.
7. Shipping Coverage

Currently, Dravox™ ships only within India.

International shipping will be introduced soon — follow us on @dravox.official for updates.
8. Delay Disclaimer
While we strive for on-time delivery, Dravox™ is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, natural events, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.
However, our support team will always help you track and resolve delivery issues.
