🧾 Return & Exchange Policy (Dravox)

We want you to love every purchase from Dravox.
However, if something doesn’t fit right, we offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility

  • You can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, stains, or missing tags will not be accepted.

  • Exchanges are accepted only for size or defective product issues (no refunds).

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale or discounted products.

  • Accessories or items marked as Final Sale.

  • Any item returned without its original packaging/tags.

Exchange Process

  1. Email us at support@dravoxofficial.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and issue details.

  2. Our team will review and approve the exchange if it meets the criteria.

  3. Ship the product back to us at your own cost.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll send your replacement piece within 5–7 working days.

Note: We currently don’t support monetary refunds — only exchanges of eligible products.
