Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected successfully by our team, the refund
process will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after
approval.
Please note:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Products returned without original packaging may not be eligible for refund.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return if:
• The product received is damaged
• Wrong item was delivered
• Size issue (subject to availability and approval)
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Used or washed products
• Products damaged after use
• Products returned without tags or original packaging
• Customized or special edition products (if applicable)
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped or dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.

If you have not received your refund within the expected time:

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48
hours of delivery with proper images/videos for verification.
